This is how you treat customers. We arrived one minute before closing, fully expecting that we’d probably be turned away because, well… we were literally one minute from closing. Instead, the girls working were incredibly friendly and more than happy to help us. And honestly, that’s pretty much my experience every single time I come here. The service is consistently fantastic. They’re always happy to make recommendations, let us sample different flavors, and help us figure out what we want without ever making us feel like we’re inconveniencing them. And then there’s the actual product. The ability to combine pretty much whatever you want is dangerous in the best possible way. 😂 The Italian ice layered and blended with the soft serve is ridiculously good, and there are so many combinations that it’s hard not to keep coming back just to try something different. But what really keeps me coming back is the people. Friendly service, genuinely helpful employees, great attitude, and consistently delicious desserts. Five stars all the way around. If you’re looking for a place where you can get something delicious and actually feel welcomed while you’re there, this is it.

This will be my regular spot when I want something sweet. Prices are great. Service is friendly. Favorite flavor so far is Key West Tropical. But all flavors I've tried have been light and refreshing and not overly sweet. Looking forward to trying more flavors.

First time trying ice cream with Italian ice. Sounded out of this world however when I tired it(tadpole) strawberry cheesecake… it was delicious. Well priced and sizing is larger than expected. Great parking and handicap accessibility. Limited seating inside but have a few round tables with umbrellas outside to accommodate larger groups.

Normally I don’t write reviews but this experience is above average. After a terrible experience recently by a neighboring coffee shop this was beyond refreshing. Last night I walked in and even with the rush of people I was still greeted quickly. Furthermore by the time I was done reading the menu I was ready to be served. I was served by a younger female with glasses. Even with the line behind me I was still treated with outstanding assistance. I was able to sample and she even recommend the frosted animal. I was also frequently checked on by other employees to make sure everything was OK. This experience is exactly what we needed in PSL.

We have been here twice now and had great experiences each time. Service is quick, and the Jelatis are awesome. The employees are very friendly and they frequently clean up both the tables inside and outside. This is a great place to go for a treat anytime solo or with the family!
